Prior to his entrepreneurial journey, he held leadership positions with reputed organizations including Marks & Spencer Plc and Reliance Industries Limited.

His extensive experience, industry insights, and strategic vision form the foundation of ZentX’s client-centric and results-oriented approach, enabling businesses to achieve sustainable growth and successful project execution.

He is a fellow member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and the member of Institute of Cost and Management Accountants of India, reflecting his strong professional foundation in finance and management accounting.

Mr. Tribhuwan Sinha has extensive banking experience gained through leadership roles across leading private and public sector banks. He has been instrumental in evaluating complex funding proposals across diverse industries and possesses deep expertise in credit appraisal, underwriting, and strategic financing decisions. He brings significant experience in credit analysis, MSME lending, debt structuring, and project finance, enabling the delivery of effective and well-structured financing solutions for businesses.

Subsequently, he founded Tridee Finance, a consulting firm focused on debt financing, project finance, and legal advisory services. Being a qualified advocate, he brings a unique blend of legal and financial expertise to advisory assignments.

He holds a degree in Law and a Master of Business Administration from Faculty of Management Studies. His combined legal and banking perspective strengthens ZentX’s ability to execute project finance assignments with greater diligence, efficiency, and timely delivery.

Ms. Neelu Subramanian brings over 17 years of experience in handling project finance documentation, trusteeship services, and transaction advisory for leading banks and financial institutions. She has worked with reputed organizations including IL&FS Trustee, Vistra Trustee, and Axis Bank Trustee.

Throughout her professional journey, she has played a key role in client acquisition, relationship management, and delivering on organizational commitments and key performance objectives. Her expertise in managing institutional relationships and driving execution excellence has contributed significantly to business growth and client retention.

Her broad experience across corporates, regulators, financial institutions, and strategic stakeholders strengthens ZentX’s ability to structure and execute complex transactions effectively and deliver value-driven outcomes.

She holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from a reputed university in India, further strengthening her expertise in finance, business strategy, and institutional relationship management.
